Triquetra recently completed the Kemperol overlay system to a balcony and portico in West London. The project consisted of jet washing followed by asphalt repairs, followed by the application of the Kemperol system.

The Kemperol system consists of a Kemperol primer, followed by Kemperol 2k pur waterproofing with a reinforcement fleece, then the Kemperdur TC Resin with anti-slip aggregate and clear sealer. A new GRP edge trim was attached to the perimeter of the balcony to finish.

The Roofing Division were also instructed to replace two rear pitch roofs over 2no. rear extensions. This included stripping the existing slates and leadwork and renewing to match the existing.
