Triquetra have recently completed our latest office refurbishment in Central London.

We fully stripped out all existing finishes, which included glazed partitions, kitchenette, flooring, and M&E installation.

Thermal insulation was then installed to all external walls and pitched ceiling, which included curved internal walls as photographed. This was undertaken to improve upon the current EPC rating.

New lighting, power, and skirting trunking have been installed throughout, and all walls, ceiling, and woodwork redecorated. The internal roof trusses were re-stained, and they look stunning. A new kitchenette has also been installed.

A timber engineered floor was installed throughout the office providing a stunning finish.

The project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
