External Redecorations and Repairs have recently been completed to a 6-storey property in Edgware Road, West London.

The works mainly involved the lower levels of the block with Redecorations completed to the front and rear lightwell walls, together with the front elevation pavement level cast iron railings.

Four timber windows were found to be in serious disrepair, so new 4mm single glazed units were manufactured and installed carefully on site. This included 2no. Casement Windows at Dormer Level together with 2 large Sash Windows to the front elevation.

Following completion of the repairs and redecorations, the main rear flat roof was fully stripped as the existing surface was currently allowing water ingress to the residential unit below. The roof was then fully insulated prior to the application of the Kemperol 2K PUR system.

A new Dome Rooflight was then installed on completion, replacing the existing single glazed flat roof light.
