Triquetra Construction have recently completed the application of a new Kemperol Flat Roof to a property in Edgware Road, West London.
The existing flat roof was found to have various defects and had to be fully stripped down to the existing substrate. Various Concrete repairs also had to be undertaken to the entire perimeter upstands ready for the new roof application.
The concrete substrate was then primed prior to laying a Vapour Control Layer. Kempertherm SR 123mm Insulation Boards were then installed to the entire area prior to the application of the Kemperol 2K PUR system. GRP Termination bars were then installed to the perimeter upstands on completion.
The existing single glazed rooflight was then removed and a new Whitesales Domed Rooflight installed.
