The project comprises a comprehensive internal refurbishment and full fit-out, designed to enhance functionality while preserving the building’s historic character. Works are being delivered from concept through to completion, with a strong emphasis on quality, detail, and a sensitive approach to the existing fabric.
The scope includes interior design and spatial reconfiguration, a full mechanical and electrical installation, and extensive joinery works involving the repair and bespoke replacement of original features. Structural enhancements include the installation of bespoke glazed roof structures across multiple levels, alongside roof repairs and associated external works to improve long-term performance.
Internally, the scheme also includes basement repairs and tanking, high-quality kitchen and bathroom installations, and full internal finishes, including redecoration, floor finishes, and final furniture installation to deliver a complete turnkey space.
