We delivered a comprehensive warm roof refurbishment to a property in Hayling Island using the Centaur liquid waterproofing system in conjunction with a CTF insulation scheme to improve both thermal performance and long-term drainage.
Following localised repairs to the existing felt roof, the roof surface was thoroughly cleaned and prepared before the installation of a new self-adhesive vapour control layer and insulation system. The insulation layout was carefully designed to eliminate historic areas of standing water, improving drainage performance while increasing the thermal efficiency of the building.
A fully reinforced Centaur liquid waterproofing system was then applied to create a seamless waterproof membrane capable of accommodating the roof’s complex detailing and penetrations. The reinforced system provides exceptional durability while reducing the need for future maintenance.
The completed project has delivered a modern, energy-efficient warm roof solution that addresses previous performance issues while significantly extending the lifespan of the existing roof structure.
