We are currently progressing works to a property in Mayfair, delivering a major programme of external repairs, redecorations, and roofing works across three prime residential properties in the heart of Central London.
The scheme involves a comprehensive package of roofing replacement and refurbishment works, addressing areas of deterioration and water ingress while enhancing the overall performance and longevity of the buildings. Works include the full repair of pitched roofs using Canadian slate, complete with upgraded insulation and associated leadwork, alongside the renewal of front and rear dormers in new lead, incorporating essential timber repairs and improved ventilation.
Further works include the replacement of all lead gutters, comprehensive chimney stack repairs with new flaunching and pot replacements, and the application of a high-performance liquid overlay system to rear flat roofs to provide long-term waterproofing. Window repairs are also being undertaken, with the project now progressing into the external redecoration phase to restore the appearance of the façades.
Access and logistics are being carefully managed through a combination of scaffold systems and controlled working platforms, ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently within a constrained central London environment, while maintaining access for residents and minimising disruption throughout the programme.
