Triquetra Construction Group successfully completed external redecoration and specialist repair works to a prominent commercial building located above the iconic Piccadilly Arcade.
Delivered within one of Central London’s busiest and most visible locations, the project involved a comprehensive programme of external repairs and refurbishment works designed to improve the overall condition, appearance, and long-term performance of the building. The scope included specialist roof repairs, targeted masonry restoration, and window repairs and redecoration across multiple elevations.
Due to the constrained city-centre environment and the need to maintain safe access for surrounding businesses and pedestrians, the works were undertaken using specialist rope access methods. This approach enabled our team to carry out the programme efficiently while significantly reducing disruption and maintaining a safe, controlled working environment throughout the duration of the project.
Careful planning and coordination were essential to the successful delivery of the scheme, particularly given the high-profile nature of the location and the logistical challenges associated with working above an active commercial arcade. Through a proactive and detail-driven approach, works were completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of finish.
